By accessing and making purchases on the Mystic Island website, you fully agree to the following terms.

📌 1. About Mystic Island

An online store for Roblox digital products (Robux, accounts, items, and virtual services). All products are digital and not physical.

📌 2. Eligibility

1. Minimum age: 13 years old.
2. Basic knowledge of the Roblox platform.
3. Full responsibility for the account after the product has been delivered.

📌 3. Purchase

1. Payment via Pix or Litecoin.
2. Delivery after payment confirmation.
3. Maximum claim period: 24 hours.
4. Claims are processed exclusively through Discord.
5. For your security, record the entire account login process.

📌 4. Robux Delivery & Warranty

1. Mystic Island will purchase the Game Pass within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
2. Once the Game Pass has been purchased, the release of the Robux depends exclusively on Roblox.
3. Roblox retains approximately 30% of the Game Pass value according to its own policies.
4. The Robux may remain in Pending Robux status for an estimated 3 to 7 days, a timeframe determined solely by Roblox.
5. Mystic Island has no control over the Robux release timeframe after the Game Pass purchase.
6. The customer acknowledges that the Pending Robux period is a standard Roblox procedure and does not constitute a delay, breach of contract, or service failure by Mystic Island.
7. 1-hour warranty for issues exclusively related to the delivery process performed by Mystic Island.

📌 5. Refund Policy

1. No refunds are available after the digital product has been delivered.
2. Customer mistakes, change of mind, unmet expectations, or lack of knowledge about how Roblox works do not qualify for a refund.

📌 6. Acceptance

By making a purchase from Mystic Island, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted:

1. All Terms & Conditions of Use presented on this page.
2. All information, features, limitations, instructions, deadlines, warranties, requirements, and other conditions previously stated in the description of the purchased product.
3. The applicable Roblox Terms of Use and policies regarding Robux, accounts, items, and other digital products.

By completing the payment, the customer acknowledges that the product description is an integral part of this purchase agreement and agrees to comply with all conditions described therein, even if they are not repeated in these Terms & Conditions.
